Last updated 3 months ago

Three years ago, NFTs took the world by storm. Recognizing the trend early, Ave.ai established a crypto analytics platform to support users by offering secure, professional, fastest, and most comprehensive crypto data aggregation services. It now supports market data from over 130 public chains and 300+ DEXs while providing detailed on-chain analytics, such as tracking Smart Money movements. Ave.ai also powers Binance Wallet with blockchain market data.

This year, Pump.fun emerged as the dark horse of the bull market, achieving legendary status with AI-themed tokens that skyrocketed by 10,000x in just five days. Ave.ai had already positioned itself as a leader in the Solana ecosystem, delivering the most comprehensive and fastest market insights for this bull market’s meme token trends. It has also become a hub for new and experienced investors alike to discover wealth-building opportunities.

On-chain trading can be complex, especially for beginners. This guide will teach newcomers how to use Ave.ai to unlock the potential of 100x meme tokens!

Part 1: Quick Start for Beginners

1. What is Ave.ai?

Ave.ai is a secure, professional, and comprehensive decentralized trading platform with over 7 million users. It supports data from 130+ blockchains and 300+ DEXs while offering rich on-chain analytics, including Smart Money, KOLs, insider trading, and whale movements. With real-time DEX trading data and a specialized meme dashboard, it empowers users to make informed decisions and seamlessly trade on-chain. Integrated bot functions allow for sniping, copying, and order management. You can trade directly via Ave.ai’s web interface or its Android and iOS mobile apps.

2. What is On-Chain Trading?

On-chain trading involves direct transactions on the blockchain, with funds stored securely in your own wallet, independent of third parties. This makes it a safer and more transparent choice, particularly for new users.

3. Which Wallet Should I Use?

For optimal meme token trading, use Ave Wallet (AveWallet), which is built on Trust Wallet’s open-source library for robust security. Binance Wallet also uses Trust Wallet. Additionally, Ave.ai is compatible with major wallets like OKX.

4. What is a Token Address (CA)?

A token address is like a unique identifier for meme tokens, helping you locate the exact token of interest. For example, a token address might look like Df6yfrKC**NkrHERKzAetSxbrWeniQfyJY4Jpump. Paste this into Ave.ai’s search bar to find the token.

Part 2: Discovering High-Potential Projects

1. Track Smart Money

Follow Smart Money

Tracking smart money means monitoring blockchain wallets with high returns. By observing their investment choices, you can identify promising meme tokens early.

After identifying smart money, you can follow their activities and view the tokens they are buying and selling.

For example, by clicking on a smart money wallet, you’ll find detailed information about holdings, profits, losses, and trading activity.

With hundreds of meme tokens launching daily, you may notice smart money concentrating on certain tokens. To avoid information overload, select wallets that align with your trading habits. Focusing on a few relevant wallets helps ensure an efficient flow of information.

Note: Always check contract security. Some smart money wallets may ignore contract safety when buying tokens.

2. Use Social Trends and On-Chain Insights

  • Follow Influencers (KOL) on Social Media Track prominent meme token influencers on Twitter (both English and Chinese-speaking KOLs), such as Elon Musk. Join discussion groups to stay updated on the latest trends and token dynamics. KOLs often provide insights into meme token popularity.

  • Monitor Token Movements Between Markets Keep a close eye on tokens transitioning from inner markets (small-scale markets) to outer markets (large-scale markets). Evaluate these tokens quickly to determine their investment potential.

On Ave.ai, tokens are categorized into three types:

  • Newly Created Inner Market Tokens: Highest risk.

  • Inner Market Tokens Near Full Cap: Moderate risk.

  • Outer Market Tokens: Lowest risk, ideal for beginners.

Inner Market vs. Outer Market:

When a project launches via the automated issuance tool Pump.fun, users can purchase its tokens with SOL. Once the market cap reaches $69,000, liquidity is automatically added to Raydium.

  • Inner Market: Before reaching $69,000, tokens are at an early stage with very high risk.

  • Outer Market: After hitting $69,000 and adding liquidity to Raydium, the tokens progress to a more developed stage with reduced risks.

For beginners, it’s better to focus on outer market tokens, where risks are significantly lower. However, even in the outer market, only a few tokens reach multimillion-dollar market caps, leaving plenty of room for growth.

Caution:

Tokens entering the outer market do not guarantee price increases. Many tokens crash to zero after listing. Exercise caution and analyze carefully before investing.

By consistently monitoring and analyzing token performance, you can evaluate their potential and make profitable decisions. How to perform this analysis? Stay tuned for detailed steps in the following sections.

Part 3: Analyzing Tokens

Once you've learned how to use Ave.ai to identify new on-chain tokens, the next step is to analyze and select the most promising meme tokens to invest in. To make informed decisions, evaluate tokens based on trends, narratives, market capitalization, community engagement, and market dynamics. Different types of meme tokens require tailored strategies:

1) Trend-Based Tokens

These are low-market-cap tokens that gain rapid attention due to specific events or trends. They often experience substantial early-stage price surges, with market caps growing from hundreds to tens of millions, achieving 10x or greater returns.

However, these tokens often lack sustained momentum. Without consistent hype, strong endorsements from influencers (KOLs), a compelling and influential narrative, or a robust community, they risk losing market liquidity, leading to prolonged price declines.

Examples of Low-Probability Events Driving Trends

  • $TOKENX Burn Event: The development team burned liquidity pool (LP) tokens, community reserve tokens, and unminted tokens by sending them to a burn address. This act, discovered by the community, sparked a wave of positive sentiment, as investors perceived the move as a sign of the team's commitment. This surge in market enthusiasm led to a significant price increase for $TOKENX.

  • $Mona: Inspired by the iconic painting Mona Lisa, valued at an estimated $860 million, $Mona leveraged the "Art Meme" concept. The token's narrative gained traction as KOLs like @dylanmints, @JoshxKang, @Bullrun_Gravano, @SpiderCrypto0x, and @Crypto_1noX rallied behind the idea, fueling market excitement.

Recommendations for Trend-Based Tokens

  • Early Entry: Aim to invest when the market cap is in the low hundreds of thousands. Avoid chasing tokens above $10 million market cap, as late entries carry higher risks.

  • Buy the Dip: If you believe in the trend's longevity, wait for a price correction of around 80% before re-entering. This reduces risk while maintaining the potential for significant upside.

2) Narrative-Driven Tokens

These tokens achieve growth not through fleeting trends but by building strong narratives or communities. They tend to move steadily from low market caps to larger ones, with valuations typically ranging from a few million to tens of millions, and occasionally exceeding $100 million.

For instance, $ACT exemplifies a narrative-driven token. It is positioned in the AI + crypto space, which has become a core theme in the blockchain industry. As a token blending decentralized AI (DeAI) with meme culture, $ACT connects users with intelligent agents in AI-driven social scenarios. Its compelling narrative and growing ecosystem drive increasing demand and solidify its leadership in this niche.

Recommendations for Narrative-Driven Tokens

  • Focus on Emerging Narratives: Look for new and compelling themes, such as DeSci (decentralized science). Begin building your position when the market cap is low (hundreds of thousands to low millions).

  • Long-Term Monitoring: Follow these tokens’ social media activity, community engagement, and capital inflow over time to assess their growth potential and narrative sustainability.

Part 4: How to Trade

Below is an overview of the Ave.ai Trading System:

1. Left Panel

  • Trending Tokens, Hot Buys, Top Gainers, and Smart Money Quickly view the prices of your favorite tokens, popular tokens, and those leading in purchases or price gains. You can also track Smart Money activity for informed decisions and monitor the market seamlessly.

  • Favorites and Followed Tokens Use filters like time, transaction volume, price, and percentage changes to find tokens that align with your trading strategy. The "Followed" list helps you monitor and act on tokens easily, including one-click copy trading.

2. Central Panel

Token Information Below the Price Chart (K-line) Access comprehensive data about each token, including trading activity, traders, holders, and blue-chip holders. Tokens are categorized by Smart Money, KOLs/VCs, whales, new wallets, snipers, major holders, developers, followed wallets, and insider trading (mouse traps).

When analyzing a token, leverage these insights to evaluate large holders and Smart Money behavior. Examples include:

  • Flagging suspected insider trading: Determine if large holders are spreading tokens across smaller wallets to manipulate the market.

  • Marking suspected phishing wallets: Tokens transferred without purchase are flagged to warn users.

3. Right Panel

  • View Key Metrics Analyze transaction volume, buy/sell data, net buys, liquidity, minting data, and blacklist statuses. Pay special attention to burn ratios and rug-pull probabilities.

  • Set Slippage and Enable Anti-MEV Mode

    • Slippage defines the maximum acceptable token quantity deviation in a transaction. Higher slippage increases transaction speed. Typically, set slippage to 9%, or up to 20% during volatile markets.

    • Anti-MEV (Anti-Sandwich Mode): Protects against MEV bots, which can read transaction details to preemptively place orders, inflating token prices before your purchase. Anti-MEV mode prevents such attacks.

  • Select Amount and Trade

Manually buy or sell tokens.

Hundreds of meme tokens launch daily, but most will fail. The odds of finding an "Alpha" (tokens with market caps in the millions or billions) are exceptionally low.

High returns come with high risks. Always invest responsibly!
