## 1. **Event Name**

2024 Ave AI Global Meme Trading Championship

## **2. Competition Timeline**

The championship consists of three rounds. Participants can join any round:

* Round 1: December 9 - December 15, 2024
* Round 2: December 16 - December 22, 2024
* Round 3: December 23 - December 31, 2024

## **3. Participation Eligibility**

How to qualify for the championship:

* Register or link a wallet on the Ave.ai platform to become an Ave.ai user.
* Invite at least one new user to register on Ave.ai using your official referral link (between 2024/12/09 and 2024/12/31).
* Your invited user must purchase any Meme token during the competition stages.

Note: Only users who meet **all three criteria** automatically qualify for the championship.

## **4. Judging Criteria**

During each round, eligible participants will be evaluated based on the following steps:

* Buy and **successfully sell** any Meme coin through the Ave.ai platform.
* Identify the Meme coin with the highest PNL (return on investment) from your trades during the round and export the ROI poster.
* Share the poster by posting it on X.com (Twitter) and tagging @Ave.ai’s official account. Users without X.com accounts can email the poster to <Business@ave.ai>.
* The Ave.ai team will verify user-submitted PNL posters against platform data and rank participants.

**Note:** PNL is calculated using **actual trading data** during the competition.

## **5. Prizes**

The championship offers multiple rewards to enhance excitement and engagement:

#### **5.1 Participation Giveaways**

Eligible participants who share the "2024 Ave.ai Global Meme Trading Championship" event via the official invitation link will be entered into a **lucky giveaway**:

* Winners: 100 users (Randomly selected at the end of each round)
* Reward: 0.05 Sol per winner

#### **5.2 Round Prizes**

Each round will reward participants based on their profitability rankings:

* 1st Place:
  * 1 Sol
  * SVIP status on the platform (valid for 3 months)
  * Gold badge displayed on their profile (valid for 3 months)
* 2nd to 3rd Places:
  * 0.5 Sol per winner
  * VIP3 status on the platform (valid for 3 months)
  * Silver badge displayed on their profile (valid for 3 months)
* 4th to 6th Places:
  * 0.2 Sol per winner
  * VIP3 status on the platform (valid for 3 months)
  * Bronze badge displayed on their profile (valid for 3 months)

## **6. Winner Announcements**

Prizes for each round will be announced through official channels on the following dates:

* Round 1: December 17, 2024
* Round 2: December 24, 2024
* Round 3: January 2, 2025

## **7. Event Transparency**

To ensure fair and transparent competition, Ave AI will provide:

* Official Announcements: Final results for each round will be shared on Ave AI’s X (Twitter), Telegram group, and official blog.

## **8. How to Claim Rewards**

After each competition round ends, participants must follow these steps to claim their rewards:

1. Share your PNL screenshot on X (Twitter) or in the Telegram group.
2. Submit a screenshot of your shared post to Ave.ai's official team for verification.

## **9. Important Notes**

* Rewards will be distributed directly to the wallet linked to your Ave AI account. Please ensure your wallet address is accurate.
* Any fraudulent or abusive behavior, such as photoshop screenshots, will result in disqualification.
* Ave AI reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the event rules.
