1，Where is TokenChat?

Open Ave app and enter the K-line page of some token, you will see the chat button in the bottom right corner. Click that button and start to chat.

2，I have already bound my address with Ave, why I still need to log in when using TokenChat?

The connection between your address and a particular chat room would be broken off when you log out this room. The next time you enter the chat room again, a log-in operation is also needed to rebuild the connection. However, you could be a lurker in any chat room without log-in, reading the messages from others and having no permission to post anything yourself.

3，Why does the pop-up show "does not meet the speaking conditions"?

You need to guarantee that your address has more than 10 JF (not limited to BSC or OKC) or more than 30 ave points.

4，What is signature verification?

When you enter a new group chat, the log-in operation with signature verification is required to verify that you are the owner of the current address. Signature via TP wallet is the only one available for now. The support of other wallet such as Metamask or even Ave own wallet is coming up soon. Note that signature verification is a feature provided merely by TP wallet, Ave or TokenChat must not get your personal information without your permission throughout the entire process of the signature. What's more, using TP wallet official signature feature is safe and reliable.

5，Why do I still need to set a password?

The password is used to verify that the address is your own account of TokenChat, in order to avoid verifying signature whenever you enter a new chat room.

6，How should I do when I forget my password?

When you log in a group chat, a pop-up displays and you will see the 'reset password' button. Click that button and then follow the guide.

7，Is the TokenChat safe?

TokenChat uses Web3.0 technology, which is very safe whenever you log in, make the signature, and send a message. However, the content of each message must be legitimate with regard to both local law and local morality. Inspectors will be sent to chat rooms frequently. The punishment for such avoidance is limiting the frequency of posting or even banning.

8，How to clear messages of a group chat?

The feature of automatically deletion of messages is on the way now.

9，Is it free for using TokenChat?

It is totally free for common users, and in order to be able to post messages, just hold at least 10 JF or 30 Ave points in your address. For becoming an administrator, you need to transfer 200 JF from your own address into a Null address. Ave and TokenChat make no charge for this service.

10，How to cancel the punishment of a group chat?

The possible punishment is either limiting the frequency of posting (only one post per 30s-90s) or banning all group members. For cancellation of the punishment, certain administrator of this group needs to transfer 200 JF into the Null address. Ave and TokenChat make no charge for this service.

11，I have transferred enough JF, but why still not to become an administrator?

You should log in the group chat first. Then, make sure that the address you transferred JF out from is the same address you used to log in just now. That is, if you log in the group chat with your address A and want to become an administrator, just using the same address A to transfer 200 JF rather than other addresses you own. When you finished the transfer，5s-30s is needed to confirm the transaction on chain, so please be patient and refresh the page as you need.

12，Why is there no XXX feature?
