1. **Trading Pair & Contract Type**

This area confirms the **asset and contract type** being traded.“Perpetual” means the contract has **no expiry**, with prices anchored to spot via the funding rate mechanism.**Key checks:**

* Are you trading the correct asset?
* Is this a perpetual contract (not a delivery contract)?

👉 This serves as the **first safeguard against mis-trades**. Currently, Ave.ai supports major contracts such as **BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, XRP**, etc.
2. **Last Traded Price**

This is the **latest executed market price**, forming the basis for all PnL calculations.In short-term trading, it is also critical for:

* Triggering stop-loss / take-profit
* Confirming breakouts
3. **Index Price**

The index price is derived from a **weighted average across multiple spot exchanges**.Its role:

* Prevent price manipulation from a single exchange
* Serve as the basis for liquidation calculations

👉 During volatility, **liquidations are triggered by index price, not last traded price**.
4. **24H Change / High / Low / Volume / Open Interest**

These metrics reflect **market volatility and activity**.**Typical interpretation:**

* High volume + large price movement → active market, suitable for short-term trading
* Low volume + narrow range → better for grid strategies or waiting for breakout

**Open Interest (OI)** shows whether capital is entering or leaving the market:

* Price ↑ + OI ↑ → new long positions driving the trend
5. **Funding Rate & Countdown**

Funding rates keep perpetual prices aligned with spot.Traders use this to assess:

* Market positioning (long vs short crowding)
* Holding costs

Example:

* Positive funding → longs pay shorts → crowded long market 👉 Often used as a **contrarian signal**
